Screen replacements are what I do most.

If I have the part in stock, you can usually drop it off, get a quick quote, and have it back working the same day.

For models that need a part ordered - especially premium Samsung OLEDs, newer touchscreens, or less common devices - it takes a little longer to source. I’ll always tell you the expected timeline upfront and keep you updated. No radio silence.

Either way, the assessment and quote are completely free, and I won’t start any work until you’ve approved the price.

I grew up in Poland, went to school in America, and studied computer networking at university in Edinburgh.

For as long as I can remember, I've been the person people come to when something breaks. It started with friends and family, then spread to their friends and neighbours.

Over the years that personal approach has grown into a proper workshop, while I’ve built up strong, reliable parts sourcing, all while keeping the same honest, neighbourly service.

When you drop something off, I'm the one who checks it, sources the part, does the repair, and hands it back to you. I've built everything from simple budget office PCs to high-end custom water-cooled gaming rigs, and I'll happily tell you to just buy new if that's the more sensible option.

Most of the time, a few hours. Drop it off in the morning and there's a good chance you'll have it back the same day. If your model needs a part I don't have in stock, I'll tell you that upfront and give you a realistic timeframe. I won't just leave you hanging.
Yes — 90 days on all repairs, covering both parts and labour. If something fails because of the repair, I'll sort it out. Custom PC builds come with a year's warranty on the labour.
All the main brands: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple MacBook, Asus, Acer, MSI, Razer, Samsung, Toshiba, Sony, Microsoft Surface. Both Windows and Mac. If you've got something unusual, just ask — I've come across most things at this point.
It depends on the model and the type of screen. Standard replacements usually fall between £150 and £400. I'll give you a free quote before I do anything, so you know exactly what you're agreeing to.
Yes — that's part of what I do. Sometimes a repair is clearly worth it. Sometimes buying a replacement makes more sense. I'll lay out the options and let you decide. I'd rather you make the right call than spend money on the wrong one.
Usually 3–5 working days once all the parts are in. Occasionally a component takes longer to arrive — especially if it's coming from overseas — but I'll keep you updated. Rush builds are possible, just ask.
